EnerSys is set to power the world’s only competitive team of all-disabled racing drivers for the fourth consecutive year after extending its ODYSSEY® battery sponsorship with Team BRIT for 2025. As part of the global manufacturer’s longstanding support for Team BRIT, and its mission to create a completely level playing field for disabled racing drivers, EnerSys will provide technical battery expertise throughout the season.
Team BRIT’s race cars, which use advanced hand control technology to allow drivers to compete on equal terms against their able-bodied rivals will be equipped with ODYSSEY® batteries. The two McLaren 570S GT4s and a BMW® M240i will also feature the brand’s logo.

The renewed sponsorship agreement will help Team BRIT to further its work to create a ladder of development opportunities for disabled drivers, from grassroots, entry level racing, to the most competitive endurance racing in the UK.
